About Our Cakes/Cupcake

So glad you asked! YES! Our cakes/cupcakes are made using only high quality ingredients including real butter, milk, flour, imported cocoa, chocolate chips (callebaut), sugar, and eggs.  So, YES! They do taste as good as they look!

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer a Gluten-Free or dietary sugar free desserts simply because I have not found recipes that we think are as amazing as our regular cakes/cupcakes. Sorry, but maybe some time in the future

None of our cupcakes or buttercream are made with nut ingredients;  however, our kitchen is not a nut-free facility.  Although we do take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we do not recommend consuming them if you have a severe nut allergy.

Our cupcakes are made entirely of natural ingredients, so they do not have the extended shelf life of most supermarket cupcakes, which contain additives and preservatives to ensure prolonged shelf life. You can store your cupcakes for 2-3 days at room temperature

Delivery

Yes, I deliver within 50 miles of our location, Broomfield.  *Minimum order for delivery is $50. Price of delivery is based on location. You can CONTACT US (https://www.fantasiatreats.com/checkout-form/), with details regarding your event and we can send you a quote.

Pickup will be at Broomfield. A pickup location,and information will be sent after full payment is received or when requested

 

WE do NOT ship our cakes, for many reasons, but mostly because we couldn’t GUARANTEE if  it would make it in one piece!

Ordering and Tasting

There are 3 ways to order! You can order directly from the website, email us at fitra@fantasiatreats or CONTACT US HERE (https://www.fantasiatreats.com/checkout-form/). If you choose to email or contact us, we’ll need ALL the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, amount of servings needed, and any ideas or pictures you have for reference.) 

I will review your submission and get back to you within 48 hours. Inquiry received on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it will be responded to the following Monday. 

As we bake out of our licensed and insured home kitchen, rather than a commercial storefront, we do not offer walk in service.  Orders are placed through our online shop. However, if you need cakes or cupcakes within a week, you can choose from any of the deal of the month(https://www.fantasiatreats.com/product-category/deal-for-the-month/)  selections on the homepage of the website.  I will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm availability OR, you can join a newsletter (https://www.fantasiatreats.com/) for updates!

Custom order

A custom cake or cupcake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of servings, etc.). Since I am usually booked a few weeks (or sometimes months) in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended, but I’ll be happy to fit you in whenever my schedule permits.)

Trust me, we are IN BUSINESS to help serve as many customers as humanly possible. HOWEVER, 1. We ARE HUMANS, and there are only so many hours in the day. 2. I specialize in over-the-top EDIBLE ART! So generally speaking, people who book with us are usually planning parties/events well ahead of time! (NOT at the last minute.). We love you, and would be HONORED to create a cake/cupcake for you. But don’t be mad at us if you wait until the last minute, or want a “SIMPLE CAKE”, because we’re booked. We take all the orders we can fit into our production schedule. If we’re booked, it just simply means other people DID NOT wait until the last minute. ALSO, we have the deal of the month(https://www.fantasiatreats.com/product-category/deal-for-the-month) available for you to order for less than one week

We charge $25 per couple for tastings, but when you book your order with us, the $25 gets applied toward your order. We recommend that you bring in any pictures, invitations, etc., that may help us come up with something perfect for your event. You can choose 3-4 flavors for your tasting, and we also send you home with some floral cupcakes for *Tastings are by appointment only, so submit your inquiry (https://www.fantasiatreats.com/product-category/deal-for-the-month/) to discuss your event and check availability today!

Deposits Booking and Cancellations

Yes .If your order is more than $100,00, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your order. If your balance is not paid IN FULL one week prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accommodated. 

If your order is less than $100.00, I will send you an invoice. Please make payment within 48 hours to secure your booking date. I will cancel your order if you don’t make payment within 48 hours.

Because remember when I told you I BOOK UP often?.. Well there would be NO WAY for me to go back and get all of the customers I said NO to, to backfill YOUR SPOT if you decide to cancel your order. Your deposit ensures availability FOR YOU and I can manage a production schedule based on YOUR ORDER once you book it.

After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to your event. The balance and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning you can NOT cancel one date and then change it for another.

I accept Zelle, Venmo and Square (extra fee applies)

 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full.

 *Please understand that when you book an order, I decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in money lost, just to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not).

  1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. 
  2. If a cancellation is received, your deposit will not be refundable. 
  3. If a cancellation is received less than one week prior to the promised delivery/pickup date, the full balance is still the client’s responsibility.
